- Instructions for using La Grvnd Dame essential oil:
+ Mix with water to steam with a lamp or use in a diffuser, plug in a self-diffusing rattan stick... to create a natural fragrance for the space. (On average, add 5-7 drops of essential oil to 100ml of water and the scent will last for 3-4 hours)
+ Combine carrier oil (olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil...) in a ratio of about 30ml of carrier oil: 10-15 drops of essential oil for a relaxing full body massage.
+ Steam bath: Prepare a hot water basin/facial steamer. Add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Use a large towel to cover your head and start steaming, lasting about 5-10 minutes.
