Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Time
    ► The delivery time is calculated from the day the shipping unit starts delivering, excluding order processing time, and does not include delivery on Sundays and holidays. During the delivery process, if you need to change the shipping address, if it's off the route of the previous delivery, additional shipping fees will apply.

2. Shipping Costs
    ► The shipping cost for La GrVNd Dame's online orders will be displayed on the checkout page:
        - For Ho Chi Minh City: the shipping fee is 30,000 VND.
        - For provinces: the shipping fee is 40,000 VND.
    ► Depending on specific support policies at different times, products, and customer locations, the shipping method and final fee may vary.
        - For Ho Chi Minh City: customers purchasing orders of 300,000 VND or more will receive free shipping.
        - For provinces: customers purchasing orders of 500,000 VND or more will receive free shipping.
    ► La GrVNd Dame aims to ensure every customer has a satisfactory and optimal experience. Therefore, the store offers various delivery methods and attractive benefits. However, during operation, unforeseen risks may occur. In such cases, if you have any information to exchange or contribute, please contact our Customer Care department via the advisory hotline: 0856 433 569 (7am - 10pm, all days of the week).

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the newly delivered product or La GrVNd Dame's customer service and want to return or exchange the product, La GrVNd Dame is ready to assist you. Below are some useful information about product returns and exchanges.

Immediate Returns at the Time of Delivery/Receipt
► Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can return/exchange them immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
    - The product does not match the type, model in the order placed on the website at the time of ordering.
    - Insufficient quantity as in the order.
    - The product has expired.
    - External condition affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage...
    - In case you have any feedback/complaints regarding the product quality, please contact La GrVNd Dame's customer care hotline: 0856 433 569 for guidance and support.

Conditions for Product Returns and Exchanges
    - The time of purchase of the product on the invoice counts until the customer notifies of the return within 10 days.
    - Still with intact labels and packaging, showing no signs of use, dirt, scratches. Customers must have the delivery invoice.
    - Support for returning and refunding if there is any evidence of finding low-quality products, counterfeit goods, or expired products.
    - Exchange/return is not applicable to products included in promotional programs, Deal Hunts (La GrVNd Dame will assist if there is stock of the same product).

Steps for Returns and Exchanges

Step 1: Send a request: Take a photo of the product you want to return/exchange along with the purchase invoice and send it to the email: lagrvnddame@gmail.com or La GrVNd Dame's Facebook and Instagram fan pages along with: customer name, phone number, address, reason for return/exchange, and preferences.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation: Receive a call/message confirmation from La GrVNd Dame regarding the product and the time of receipt.
Step 3: Wait for the shipper to arrive and return the product for exchange/return!
(*) Please help La GrVNd Dame pack the product when handing it to the shipper!

Note:

In the case of a defective product needing exchange, if it is out of stock when sent for exchange, customers can exchange it for another product of lower, equal, or higher value.
For a new product of lower value, you can choose additional products to cover the remaining amount.
For a new product of higher value, customers need to pay the difference to the shipper.
After Customer Care confirms and creates a shipping order in the system, you will receive the product within 1-2 days if in HCM and 3-5 days if in other provinces.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
In the case of defects from La GrVNd Dame, incorrect products delivered, damage during transportation, or from the manufacturer, customers will be completely exempt from the shipping costs for exchanging products (defective damage from transportation or from the manufacturer will only be considered La GrVNd Dame's fault if customers report within 48 hours of receiving the product, after this time, customers will bear the shipping costs).
In the case of defects from customers in placing the wrong order, La GrVNd Dame has delivered the correct product according to the information on the placed order, the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges will be paid by the customer.
