3. Safe and Convenient Payment

La GrVNd Dame accepts two forms of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment. Customers can choose one of the following payment methods at the end of the order:

Method 1: Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers pay in cash upon receiving the product from the delivery staff.

Method 2: Online Payment: Customers can pay by bank transfer or via Momo/ZaloPay e-wallet. The product will be delivered to you as soon as the payment is successfully completed.

4. Refund Time for Canceled Orders

If you cancel an already paid order, La GrVNd Dame will refund the amount to the card you used to pay the invoice within the following timeframes:

• For ATM cards/Momo wallet/ZaloPay wallet (funds added to Zalo): You will receive the refund within 3 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If you do not receive the refund after this period, La GrVNd Dame will assist in contacting your bank to resolve the issue.

• For bank transfers: Customers will receive the refund within 12 to 15 days. If you do not receive the refund after this period, please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
